Skin Philosophy was born from Nicole’s belief that beauty should feel personal, not pressured—and that confidence is quiet, not loud. With over a decade in healthcare and 13 years in emergency nursing, Nicole felt called to create a space focused on wellness, connection, and care.
Known for her warm hugs, attention to detail, and always going the extra mile, Nicole has created a space where expert care meets genuine connection—where appointments feel relaxed, personal, and full of heart. Clients come for the results, but stay for the trust, comfort, and friendships they find along the way.
Outside the spa, she’s a wife (to our in-house medical director) and proud mom to 11-year-old Harper. She spends her weekends working out, reading everything, and soaking up family time.

Known around the office as the “wrecking ball” with a talent for going off-topic mid-sentence, Tammy brings warmth, humor, and genuine care to every appointment. With over 22 years of nursing experience, she’s found her stride in aesthetics and loves watching her clients’ confidence grow. Outside the spa, she’s a wife, mom of three, and most weekends you’ll find her cheering on her kids in the midst of the busy, beautiful chaos.

With over 15 years in nursing, Kelly brings a calm, confident presence and strong clinical expertise to the team. Affectionately known as the “office manager” for her no-fluff approach, she loves staying current on trends and guiding first-time tox clients through their glow-up. Outside the spa, she’s a wife, mom of two, and weekend BBQ host—often chasing kids or cheering them on from the sidelines.

Dr. Jed Hansen is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a PhD rooted in health economics and access to care. He brings a passion for delivering safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. As Medical Director of Skin Philosophy, Dr. Hansen blends his clinical expertise with a commitment to innovation, helping patients achieve their health and aesthetic goals through the latest research-backed treatments.
With years of experience in family medicine, urgent care, and emergency services, Dr. Hansen brings a deep understanding of health across the lifespan. He leads the Skin Philosophy team with a focus on personalized care plans, patient education, and clinical excellence.
Beyond the treatment room, Dr. Hansen is a nationally recognized advocate for rural healthcare. His work has focused on improving access to mental health services, maternal care, and veteran support in greater Nebraska and beyond. He actively shapes state and national policy through leadership roles and collaborative partnerships across the nation.
